HRIS & Data Management Analyst
Are you passionate about optimizing HR systems and ensuring data integrity?
Join our team as an HRIS & Data Management Analyst, where you'll collaborate with HR, Benefits, IT teams, and external vendors to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Document and validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations.
Audit vendor files and resolve data-related issues.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical compatibility.
Execute system tests, debug issues, and document defects.
Support internal teams with technical/data concerns.
Develop test plans and contribute to documentation.
What We're Looking For
From 3 to 6 years in HRIS systems, HR tech, or business analysis.




Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI).
Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, flat files.
Familiarity with QA tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and integrations (SFTP, APIs).
Curious about HR tech trends and automation.
Interest in tools like Power Automate or RPA.
Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements.
