We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‐on development, supporting initiatives such as application modernization and cloud migration.
The adecuado candidate brings deep experience in the Azure ecosystem, a solid background in enterprise software development, and proven ability to lead agile teams while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Azure
Define and validate enterprise and cloud-based architecturesDevelop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, technical design, and planning
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability




Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) when required
Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

Programming & Development
Front-end knowledge in React.js, HTML, CSS
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Databases
Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes
Leadership & Professional Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer
Strong ownership, accountability, and results‐driven mindset
