You will join a genuinely diverse and talented team that is enthusiastic about focusing on customers, and colleagues.Our opportunityWe are looking for our new Operational Excellence Partner to drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across Maersk's Depots.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, Lean Six Sigma methodology, process improvement methodologies, and change management, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational safety, quality, efficiency, profitability, savings, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that supports Maersk's business objectives and drives continuous improvement within operations and stakeholdersAct as a partner in delivering training programs using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies according to Lean integrator guidelinesUse Lean Six Sigma tools such as RCA, 5 Whys, SMED, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), and Kaizen for analysis and continuous improvement across all areasIdentify, track,



and audit KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiativesLead and support Lean Corner routines (Daily/Weekly meetings in Gemba with shopfloor personnel)Define and maintain a continuous improvement framework, including process maps, metrics, and best practicesSupport cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement changesLead digital improvement initiatives and report simplification, promoting visual managementDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure proficiency in process improvement methodologiesLead and mentor process improvement teams, ensuring project successBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including operations and vendorsFollow up on savings and P&L; improvements, managing monthly savings control for EBIT in partnership with Finance, Procurement, Product Excellence, etc.Ensure alignment with integral CEN standards, adapting them to local depot realitiesWe are looking for:If you have the requirements below, this is your chance to join this high-performance team and be part of this great moment in our organization!
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics,
