Lead Technical Product Manager, API Integrations
Position within the Supply domain, Integrations team, responsible for onboarding carriers onto the system, integrating external systems, harmonising data structures, and building revenue‐increasing products for carriers.

Berlin & Hybrid (preferred location at HQ)
What you will do
Be a people leader and help drive and motivate other Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts to success
Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
Automate and innovate existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers
Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g., Jira, reporting, etc.)
Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C‐level)
Prioritise the roadmap effectively
Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products
Who you are
5+ years or more of professional experience in Technical projects
Hands‐on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products)
Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C‐level executives)
Good at context switching while showing proactivity and ownership across responsibilities
Experience working with complex products (advantage)
Good management skills (product, process, project, people management)
Experience working within cross‐functional teams
Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous leadership experience
Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
