Daily Life of a successful AGM:
Manages client's recruitment processes, from onboarding roles to making outstanding recruitment plans and closing placements
Leads a team of talented recruiters, setting top-level targets and goals, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently
Trains its recruitment team in soft and hard skills, as well as managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and guidance alongside the Sales Manager
Constantly learns about the tech industry, being always updated with the latest news and trends
What you need in order to be an AGM:
Be people-oriented leader
Start-up mentality & Entrepreneurial mindset
Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices




Strong knowledge of tech terms
