As a Project Manager in IBTT, you will lead a variety of projects across business lines and technologies, using various project management methodologies and tools.
You will work in a culturally diverse environment while providing our Technology and Business partners with best-in-class project management expertise.AccountabilitiesManage and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams from different groups across the bank, as well as external vendors when requiredIs accountable for planning the end-to-end design of significant processes and projects (the full journey)Manage, maintain, and follow up on the project plan/Gantt, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and timelines are updated and tracked through to completionAbility to independently run steering committees (Steerco) meetings with Directors and senior executivesWork with executive sponsors and business managers to prioritize requirements,



issues and deliverablesDemonstrates ability to develop and maintain high functioning project teamsInfluences business project decisions with direct impact on financials or operating resultsProvides technical advice and leads the development of the roadmap within the context of a technical specialtyChampions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeCreate and maintain risk/issue logs and elevate issues to stakeholders and steering committee as appropriateDefines and manages the full project budget lifecycle, including baseline, expense forecasting, ongoing cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reportingEducation / Experience / Other Information3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing large complex IT projects, that have significant IT and operational components, preferably in the financial services industryExcellent track record managing projects of high/medium complexity, high/medium risk and budgets (up to $10 Million+) dealing with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication (verbal/written/presentation).
Mature interpersonal skills with the ability to work with, and influence, all types of professionalsKnowledge of project management tools and techniques: EDF, JIRA proficiency, MS Projects, Waterfall, Agile, MS PowerpointBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplineNice to Haves: PMP certification or working towards, Scrum Master certification (CSM)Bilingual Spanish and EnglishLocation(s): Colombia : Bogota : Bogota
