The role provides end‐to‐end (E2E) supply chain leadership across planning, customer service, distribution, logistics execution, and inventory performance for Colombia.
It will partner closely with commercial, finance, quality, and global supply chain teams to ensure reliable product availability, strong customer experience, and compliant operations.
The manager will lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, drive operational excellence, and spearhead transformation initiatives aligned with integral strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead end‐to‐end supply chain performance for Colombia, including demand and supply planning, customer service, warehousing, and distribution operations.Ensure on‐time, in‐full (OTIF) delivery and high service levels to customers while balancing cost, inventory, and risk.Partner with commercial, finance, quality, and regulatory teams to support business objectives and ensure compliance with local and global requirements.Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Drive inventory management and working capital optimization, including forecasting accuracy and inventory health.Manage third‐party logistics (3PL) partners and external suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual adherence.Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks,



including business continuity and disruption management.Lead and support process improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with global supply chain strategies and digital enablement.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive professional experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related functions, with leadership responsibility.Experience managing end‐to‐end supply chain operations in a complex, regulated, or multinational environment.Demonstrated ability to partner cross‐functionally and influence senior stakeholders.Experience working with external partners such as 3PLs and distributors.Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytical and problem‐solving skills using KPIs to drive performance.Solid people‐leadership skills, including team development and performance management.Certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or similar are preferred.Serious Spanish and English proficiency required.May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel.Preferred SkillsExperience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives within supply chain.Knowledge of regional or global supply chain operating models.Analytical reasoning, customer centricity, demand forecasting, developing others, distribution management, distribution resource planning (DRP), financial competence, global market awareness, inclusive leadership, inventory optimization, leadership, materials handling, order management, organizing, procurement policies, productivity planning, strategic supply chain management, and team management.
