You'll guide doctors and healthcare professionals through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is complete, transitions are smooth, and every new hire feels supported from the start.

What You'll Be Doing:
Facilitating onboarding for doctors joining U.S. healthcare organizations.
Managing documentation, card issuance,



and internal forms for new hires.
Providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition experience.
Collaborating with HR and recruitment teams to optimize onboarding workflows.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all actions comply with company policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication is essential.
Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A supportive, solution-focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
