Were seeking a Surveillance Controller to join our state-of-the-art live casino studio in Bogotá, Colombia, where youll play a crucial role in monitoring, reporting, and upholding integrity in a high-energy, regulated environment.
What You'll Do
Monitor live broadcast activity through CCTV, ensuring compliance with game rules and security protocols
Detect and investigate suspicious behaviors in real time, escalating issues when needed
Work closely with operations, compliance, and risk teams to manage and enforce live gaming policies
Generate detailed reports on incidents, trends, and risk assessments for leadership review
Develop and refine surveillance procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and coverage
Support shift planning, team coordination, and training to maintain round-the-clock vigilance
Who You Are
Proven experience in surveillance, security control, or a related field (preferably in iGaming or live broadcast)
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities quickly
Excellent judgment, analytical ability, and decision-making skills
Organized and dependable, with experience managing 24/7 shift operations
Capable of producing clear, professional incident reports
Effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams
Versátil availability, including nights and weekends
