We are working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor to join their team in Bogota, Colombia.
Position: Facilities Supervisor Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Work model: on-site Benefits: base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and store documentation efficiently to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Keep facility records up to date and compliant with company policies and standards.
Support the development, implementation, and communication of facility management policies and procedures.
Provide relevant, compliant, and practical advice to stakeholders on facility-related matters.
Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all building systems and services.
Assist in resolving issues related to facility operations and service delivery.
Liaise with maintenance contractors to coordinate the maintenance and operation of all building functions.




Support facility management with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong adaptability and organizational abilities.
Proficient computer literacy, including Outlook, Teams, MS Office, and Windows.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to work versátil hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, as required by business needs.
