Our Customer Experience (CX) team is looking for a Senior Principal, Experience Design to lead our growing Colombia team.
This is a senior delivery and leadership role where you will own design direction on complex engagements, grown, develop and mentor a high-performing team in Colombia, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders from discovery through delivery.At Slalom, Experience Design is more than a service line, it is a leading discipline for delivering lasting, meaningful, and impactful work.

You will partner closely with technology practitioners across capabilities and collaborate across the full Slalom delivery ecosystem.What You'll DoOwn product design direction across complex, cross-functional engagements from research and requirements through interaction and visual designLead discovery engagements:
