We're looking for a Labor Relations Attorney to join our Legal team and provide support in managing labor, disciplinary, and administrative matters for the company.
This isn't just an operational role — we're looking for a professional who can help prevent and address labor disputes, promote best practices in employee relations, and bring strong legal judgment to every process.What you'll doHandle verbal and written inquiriesAnalyze and process disciplinary casesManage tutelas, petition rights (derechos de petición), and administrative complaintsProcess contract terminations (with cause, without cause,
