We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer - Full Stack with GenAI at our Bogotá offices!
This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating GenAI solutions.
You will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing modern applications while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain production-grade, scalable, secure, and high-performance cross-platform applications.Build modern front-end experiences and robust back-end microservices using industry best practices.Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Conduct code reviews, promote clean code standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practices to foster team growth.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA, Design, and Operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.Support project planning by providing technical estimates, risk assessments, solution design, and implementation strategies.Develop and execute unit tests while maintaining and enhancing existing web applications.Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and project generation platforms like Replit to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.Act as a technical subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of the product architecture, design, and implementation.Champion responsible AI adoption,



application security, and data privacy across the development lifecycle.Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by documenting solutions, sharing expertise, and driving continuous improvement.Required Qualifications5–7 years of application development experience1–2+ years exposure in AI/ML or GenAI projects is preferredExperience working with WordPress, Headless CMS architecture, or modern content platforms is preferred.Exposure to Astro framework or similar modern frontend/meta-frameworks is good to have, but not mandatory.Hands-on programming experience in NodeJS / Python / React NativeExperiencewith LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama)Experience designing agenticsystems with tools/function calling for autonomous multi-step reasoningBuild and integrate GenAIsolutions using largelanguage models as needed to supplement and accelerate development timeExposure to microservices / event-driven architecture and REST APIDatabase experience (SQL Server) and ORM technologies (LINQ, EF or similar)PerformanceoptimizationSecurity designand implementationDistributedmessage-based application design and implementation and TDD practicesCI/CDpracticesSPA(Single Page Application) design and implementation (Vue.js/React.js/Next.js)Strongcloud experience AWS or AzureGood to HaveRelevant cloud, RPA, or AI certificationsExperience building enterprise-grade internal platformsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a relatedfield, or equivalent practical experience
