Responsibilities
Based on the Company Vision and 3~5 years' Strategy, build the regional business strategy and action plan to achieve company's strategic goals;
Establish the proper organizational structure to attract talent and enable the team with clear objectives, a diversified culture, and trustful teamwork;
Develop and manage distribution channels so as to improve market coverage & business win rate as well as optimize the usage of the resource;
Develop and engage with Key Accounts to build brand awareness and reputation as well as establish a local reference site;
Establish a regional platform to enhance capability, including but not limited to Workflow, Operation, Service, Logistics, and Training;
Based on Market Trends, and Customer needs, continuously improve operational efficiency and ROI, ultimately ensure the Top line and bottom line results;
Collect and Exchange market information to the HQ corresponding departments,



and establish a smooth and routine work mechanism.
Support continuous iteration of product & solution.
Leadership & Engagement Capability, Ambitions, Result-Oriented, and Fast Learner.
Qualifications
BS or Master's degree in Medical, Business Administration, or equivalent experience;
Minimum 10 years' experience working in an international medical device manufacturer to develop regional channel networks and key accounts;
Medical Imaging Diagnostic System (CT/ MRI/ PETCT/ DR) experience will be preferred;
Ready to take on challenges and willing to develop a new brand and perform a breakthrough in responsible regions;
Know how to develop and manage customer relations;
Experience in working with customers at all levels;
