About the Role
Omnicom is seeking a highly talented Senior Digital Designer to join a integral creative team supporting one of North America's largest retail and e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for a design-driven professional with exceptional visual skills, a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative work at scale.
You will collaborate with international teams to create engaging digital experiences across e-commerce, paid social, display advertising, and other digital platforms, while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling creative solutions across multiple digital channels.
Design and execute high-volume digital assets for e-commerce, paid social, display advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create sophisticated visual compositions through advanced image retouching, photo manipulation, typography, and layout design.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, components, and shared libraries in Figma.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
Optimize design workflows using automation tools, structured file management, and production best practices.




Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Production Teams based in the United States.
Leverage AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and creative output.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in digital design, branding, creative agencies, or related environments.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design excellence, typography, layout design, visual storytelling, and digital campaign execution.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, responsive design, and library management.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Preferred
Experience with Figma automation tools and workflow optimization.
Experience working on large-scale retail, e-commerce, CPG, or food-related brands.
Ability to manage high-volume projects and tight deadlines.
Experience with motion graphics and animated digital assets.Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows and design tools.
