Job OverviewThe Manager, Exit will lead the execution of employee off‐boarding processes within General Services HR, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient exit processes across regions.
The role focuses on optimizing HR processes, maintaining data accuracy, and partnering with functional groups to deliver seamless off‐boarding experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract closures.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.Manage and optimize HR digital tools and workflows supporting exit processes.Oversee accurate creation, maintenance, and closure of employee records and documentation.Partner with payroll, legal, IT, and HR Business Partners for timely and seamless off‐boarding execution.Monitor service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement of exit processes.Support audit readiness and reporting requirements.Provide guidance on complex and escalated exit cases.Drive process standardization and adoption of best practices across regions.Contribute to broader HR lifecycle initiatives from onboarding through off‐boarding.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6‐8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services,



or HR Service Delivery.Experience executing employee lifecycle processes, including off‐boarding and compliance activities.Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies related to termination processes.Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading or supervising HR operations or shared services teams.Experience in global or regional HR delivery models.Experience driving digital transformation initiatives in HR.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.Exposure to large‐scale HR service environments.HR certifications, e.g., SHRM, HRCI.Language RequirementsFluent in English and Spanish.TravelUp to 10% (international and regional).
