You will take leads created by the growth team and be responsible for launching them to the platform.
Display the skills to pitch a trip and move leads through the pipeline.
Plan trips with customers and provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the entire tour lifecycle pre departure.
Communicate effectively with guests and local operators via phone, email, and chat apps like WhatsApp.
Respond to and provide recommendations to customers regarding any changes or requests they may have.
Receive and handle customer feedback and work swiftly and accurately to help correct issues.
Collaborate closely with various teams within the company to ensure the best possible trip experience for our guests.

Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (bonus if from the travel industry)
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and sales-driven approach
Ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction
Project management experience with the ability to think through complex problems, prioritize tasks, and understand consequences of actions on other parts of the project
Forward planning and multitasking are essential skills
Customer-focused mindset with empathy and problem-solving for customer needs
Lateral thinking to identify problems and solutions from different perspectives
Proficiency in data/information management, including ability to analyze and present data and utilize financial data to inform decision-making
Based in Bogota and available to work from the office in Chicó Norte/Usaquen area
