ResponsibilitiesWork in a self-contained scrum team to deliver new components of the Client Onboarding system.Design, create, and maintain automated tests across component, integration, system integration, and end‐to‐end levels.Have a sound understanding of RESTful API architecture and modern web application design; share this knowledge with QA teammates.Have experience with the full software development life cycle: conception, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.Take an active role in the sprint process from estimation and design to feature rollout; pair with Product Owners, Developers, and QA Engineers.Collaborate with QA teammates to develop test strategies and plans, ensuring quality throughout the SDLC.Work closely with the Product team to review requirements and confirm that end‐to‐end functionality meets expectations before shipping.Investigate defects and non‐conformance issues.Investigate product quality to propose improvements and improve customer satisfaction.Identify bottlenecks in the QA process and suggest actions for improvement.Participate in continuous improvement projects.Maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards, and competence through ongoing training and development requests.Qualifications3+ years of automation testing experience on the (preferably .NET stack or TypeScript).
Experience with web UI tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.Experience with REST API tests.Integrate Copilot agents with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) to enable automated quality checks.Design, build, and configure GitHub Copilot agents for repetitive QA workflows, including test case generation.Create prompt frameworks and evaluation criteria to ensure reliable, secure,
and context‐aware AI agent behavior in testing scenarios.Use agentic AI to analyze requirements, user stories, API contracts, and existing test assets to recommend missing scenarios, edge cases, and risk‐based coverage.Build workflows where AI agents assist with REST API testing by interpreting HTTP requests/responses, JSON payloads, and OpenAPI/Swagger definitions to propose validation scenarios.Monitor and continuously improve AI agent performance through feedback loops, test‐result analysis, and refinement.Collaborate with QA, developers, and DevOps to embed AI‐driven automation into the SDLC and establish scalable practices for intelligent test engineering.Excellent understanding of test levels and their roles.Experience in Agile software development practices.Experience communicating with technical and non‐technical stakeholders to review requirements, estimate tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience with software engineering best practices across the full life cycle: coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.Understanding of basic software architecture concepts.Critical thinker with strong problem‐solving skills.Team player with good time‐management skills.Fluent in English.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.What makes you stand outExperience with client onboarding and account management systems, fraud & compliance systems.Experience with non‐functional tests (performance, usability, etc.).
