This role is responsible for managing and supporting the SAP technical landscape, ensuring system availability, performance, and stability across multiple SAP platforms and environments.
The position serves as a key technical partner between SAP technology and business operations, coordinating technical activities and supporting strategic initiatives that enable business continuity and growth.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support SAP environments, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and reliabilityManage SAP platform components including ERP, BW, Solution Manager, CRM, Fiori, PI/PO, and related technologiesMonitor and maintain databases, operating systems, and SAP infrastructure to support business-critical processesCoordinate technical activities between SAP platforms, infrastructure teams, external providers, and business stakeholdersSupport SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes,



and maintenance activitiesCollaborate on technology projects involving SAP cloud solutions, integrations, and platform improvementsManage performance monitoring, incident resolution, and change management activities following ITSM processesEnsure compliance with SOX controls and support audit requirements related to SAP platform operationsQualificationsDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience as SAP Basis Administrator or SAP Basis Engineer in enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of SAP architecture and administration across platforms such as SAP ERP, BW, Solution Manager, CRM, Fiori, and PI/POExperience with SAP HANA and Oracle databasesKnowledge of operating systems such as AIX and LinuxExperience with SAP Cloud technologies including BTP, Cloud Connector, Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is highly desirableUnderstanding of SAP RICEFW objects and technical integration conceptsExperience managing SAP technical operations, performance optimization, and infrastructure-related projectsProactive, curious, independent, and solution-oriented mindsetDid we spark your interest?
