Are you a technical expert with a passion for iGaming and live casino operations?
We're looking for a Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator (Portuguese-speaking) to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia, where you will oversee mission‐critical gaming hardware and support our growing live casino studio.
What You'll Do
Install, configure, and maintain gaming equipment, including live‐dealer tables and peripherals
Manage firmware and software updates, ensuring seamless communication between gaming and media servers
Diagnose and resolve real‐time technical issues to protect broadcast continuity
Maintain clear system documentation, equipment inventories, network diagrams, and maintenance logs
Support deployment of new games and equipment across the studio
Train and mentor junior equipment and technical support staff
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams daily
Who You Are
Skilled in gaming hardware support or live‐casino system administration
Strong understanding of networking, hardware integration, and troubleshooting
Detail‐oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment




Communicative and collaborative, able to work across departments
Fluent in Portuguese; English or Spanish is beneficial
