How you'll make an impact
Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary contact for our onshore team, providing end-to-end support for Property & Casualty (P&C;) lifecycle services.
Drive Renewals with Precision: Collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals, from preparation to execution.
Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date policy information and documentation in Gallagher's systems.

About you
