The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how content performs across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and can deliver polished work under tight timelines.
They hold themselves to a high standard, integrate into a team naturally, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every project.ResponsibilitiesDesign and animate motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaignsCreate animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elementsDevelop static design mockups for approval before moving into animationBuild After Effects templates for repeatable production useCollaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects ensuring work meets creative expectationsManage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlinesParticipate in brainstorms and creative reviewsUse AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of the final outputQualifications1–3 years of motion design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house teamExpert in After Effects, including MOGRT template creationProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4DHighly skilled in animation, particularly type animation, shape layers, and transitionsMust have a sense of design and compositionExperience creating content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)Strong understanding of production workflows and file organizationUp to date on motion design trends and social media formatsFamiliar with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar platforms — and open to adopting new ones as the space evolvesAdditional Information¿Qué Ofrecemos?
