Your responsibilities include incident management, monitoring, automation, and technical enhancements within your team's scope.ResponsibilitiesCreate, respond to, and continuously improve platform alerts and runbooksActively monitor the platform, identify issues, and triage incidentsPerform impact assessments and communicate incident summaries clearlyEscalate incidents to the correct owner teams and act as Incident Leader when requiredExecute mitigation actions to minimize impact and restore serviceWrite, test, secure, and maintain well‐documented scripts and automationWork autonomously on complex technical tasks and initiativesCollaborate with senior engineers to solve challenging technical problemsEnsure stable and reliable service delivery within the team's scopeDrive technical improvements and reliability enhancementsMentor and support other engineers within the teamProvide and receive constructive feedback to continuously improve performanceQualificationsExperience in platform operations, SRE, DevOps, or similar engineering rolesStrong understanding of monitoring, alerting,
