We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end ERP solutions, focusing on integration, data, and process engineering for business needs.
Core Expectations
Ability to design end-to-end ERP solutions (Business Central + integrations)
Define data flows, system boundaries, and source of truth
Make trade-offs between real-time vs batch, scalability vs cost
Integration Expertise
Strong experience with APIs, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), and file-based integrations
Ability to design robust integration patterns (retry, monitoring, error handling)
Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and 3PLs
Data & Process Engineering
Deep understanding of inventory, order management, and financial flows
Ability to structure data models (SKUs, customers, pricing, tax)
Experience resolving data inconsistencies and defining governance
Hands‐on Delivery




Comfortable going from design to execution (not just high-level)
Ability to troubleshoot issues directly in the system
Experience configuring Business Central and supporting implementations
Autonomy & Ownership
Able to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions
Minimal dependency on others for direction
Strong accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
Stakeholder Communication
Ability to translate complex topics into simple explanations
Guide non-technical users through decisions and trade-offs
Drive structured discovery and alignment sessions
Someone with consultant profile / functional requirements - development expertise - drove full cycle integration.
