Global Employer Brand Manager at Gallagher
We are seeking a Global Employer Brand Manager to innovate the craft of employer branding inside our growing, global company.
You will lead a general team of eleven and manage an offshore team of four, pioneering within the recruitment marketing industry and shaping our activation strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Lead the global activation strategy for employer branding, managing both the integral team and an offshore team.
Create visual content via Canva, execute recruitment campaigns, and refine the company's Employer Value Proposition.
Provide guidance and performance management for the Employer Brand Specialist team.
Plan and execute employer branding campaigns leveraging CRM, social media, and traditional channels to attract diverse talent pools.




Oversee the #LifeAtGallagher employer brand presence on our brand amplification tool, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
About You
4‐6 years' experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with at least 1‐2 years of team or project management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Canva and ability to create high‐quality visual content; basic knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
Previous recruitment and/or sourcing experience.
Familiarity with iCIMS, Paradox, DSMN8, The Martech, and Oktopost is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong understanding of global talent markets.
