OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Colombia-based delivery organization.
This role supports a cost-plus, intercompany service model and is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, disciplined cost management, and alignment with U.S. reporting requirements.You will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal standardsOversee the intercompany cost-plus model, including invoicing, cost allocation, and transfer pricing alignmentManage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, and funding coordinationMonitor FX exposure and support financial planning through effective currency management strategiesEnsure compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax obligations,



and statutory reportingStrengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirementsDrive process improvements, system optimization, and operational efficiencies across finance functionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA equivalent preferred)5–8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financeStrong knowledge of NIIF (IFRS) and the Colombian tax and regulatory environmentExperience in treasury and cash management, Foreign currency (FX) exposure and analysis, Intercompany and transfer pricing structures and service-based or cost-plus business modelsExperience in multinational or U.S.-based organizationsAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and unit economicsExperience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)English proficiency: B2 or higherAdditional InformationReporting line: CFO
