We are looking for a Trilingual Content Moderation Team Leader to lead a team of Content Moderators supporting an exciting gaming campaign.LocationOn-site – Connecta 26, BogotáSchedule10:00 AM – 7:00 PMResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a team of Content Moderators.Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and operational goals are consistently achieved.Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.Ensure compliance with content moderation policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.RequirementsAdvanced English (C1).




Advanced Portuguese (C1).
