Position: Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)Language Requirement: Bilingual – Advanced EnglishWe are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Legal Intake Specialist with advanced English, to join our team.
This role is essential for the initial evaluation, intake, and management of potential legal cases, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience for prospective and existing clients.The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, playing a critical role in case qualification and internal coordination with the legal team.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and qualify inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients in English and Spanish.Collect, review, and organize relevant information for case intake.Conduct initial case assessments based on internal guidelines.Accurately enter and maintain data in the case management system (CRM).
Coordinate case assignments with attorneys and legal staff.Provide clear, professional,



and empathetic communication at all times.Follow up with clients and internal teams regarding pending requests.Support administrative tasks related to the legal intake process.QualificationsPrior experience in legal intake, call center, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
Advanced English – spoken and written (mandatory).
