Job Description
We are looking to hire a Tech Lead to work closely with the core team and execute product features and roadmap.
The incumbent will be required to lead and manage a small team of developers as we continue to grow.
We are looking for a highly motivated and thoughtful person who has built products to scale that cater to millions of users.
Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor and lead the tech team
Responsible for research, design, development and deployment of the product on all platforms
Inculcate best software engineering practices, standards of code and help the team deal with complexity and ambiguity
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in building products that scale
Experience with RESTful applications.
Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
Bonus points if you have worked in a startup
Strong written and spoken english.
