Role overview
The Head of Finance will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial insight, oversight, and operational leadership across a multi-country scope.
This role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands‐on ownership of core finance activities, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
The position requires a leader who is comfortable operating both at a high level and within day‐to‐day financial operations.
Key responsibilities
Partner with business leadership to support decision‐making through financial analysis, planning, and performance tracking
Lead and develop LATAM regional finance function, ensuring alignment with broader organizational standards
Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and close processes
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting across multiple countries




Maintain and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices
Oversee cash flow, credit management, and coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, advisors)
Drive improvements in financial processes, accuracy, and reporting quality
Manage finance operations across multiple geographies, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Lead and support a distributed team, balancing leadership with hands‐on involvement where required
Requirements
Strong background in accounting and finance (CPA or equivalent preferred)
Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
Solid understanding of local and international accounting standards
Experience managing finance operations across multiple countries or regions
Fluent English communication skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a dynamic environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven leadership experience managing distributed or regional teams
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
Nice to have
CPA or equivalent certification
Experience working with shared services environments
Exposure to mid‐market ERP systems
