Sheldon Builders is a custom home builder and remodeling company serving Boulder and communities across Colorado's Front Range. Every project begins by listening to our clients' goals and collaborating with architects and design professionals to create beautiful, functional homes. Our team is committed to craftsmanship, transparent communication, attention to detail, and sustainable building practices.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant whose primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging architects to help expand our professional network and generate new project opportunities. This remote position is idóneo for someone who enjoys research, organization, professional communication, and social media outreach.

Responsibilities
- Research residential architects, architectural firms,



and design professionals throughout Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range.
- Build and maintain organized databases of architects, including contact information, specialties, and project history.
- Connect with architects on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other professional platforms through appropriate engagement.
- Monitor social media and industry websites to identify potential relationship opportunities.
- Assist with email outreach and follow-up communications with architects and design professionals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Schedule introductory meetings when requested.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sheldon Builders team as needed.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Business Development Coordinator.
- Excellent written English
