What You'll Be Doing

Own projects from kickoff to launch (and beyond)

Break big goals into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps

Keep teams aligned and accountable across different time zones

Track progress, spot risks early, and fix issues before they blow up

Be the main go-to person for clients and internal teams

-

Run check-ins, status updates, and wrap-up reviews

-

Keep project docs clean, updated, and easy to follow

What We're Looking For

-

3+ years of experience managing projects (tech, ops, marketing, or similar)

-

Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar

-





Clear communicator — you know how to explain things without overcomplicating

Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple projects

-

Works well independently in a remote setup

-

Strong problem-solver who doesn't freeze when plans change

-

PMP or similar cert is a bonus, not a must
