At Cornerstone Global Partners, we’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with experience in the US Retail industry to join our client’s accounting team.

Our client is a growing retail company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper to join their finance team remotely. This role is idóneo for someone who has hands-on bookkeeping experience within the U.S. retail industry and is comfortable managing accounting operations in QuickBooks or similar software.

⚡What you'll do:





- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations of accounts.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Record and organize vendor invoices and financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Prepare reports and assist with regular financial reviews and meetings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure up-to-date, reliable financial data.
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within the retail industry in the US
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
