We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the end-to-end development of our products, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing enhancement. You’ll play a key role in defining product vision, managing priorities, and ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value to our clients.

What You’ll Do

- Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the firm’s overall product roadmap and general go-to-market strategy.
- Research market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer challenges and translate them into product initiatives.
- Own, manage, and continuously prioritise the product backlog.
- Create, own, and prioritise epics, features, and user stories.
- Gather and analyse feature requests, developing detailed business and technical requirements for development teams and partners.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint coordination.

Product Delivery & Execution

- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to launch and post-launch management.
- Manage product releases, ensuring delivery meets client expectations, timelines, and commitments.
- Monitor product progress, performance, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and manage the product catalogue.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

- Act as the primary product ambassador, representing the product with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and business benefits.




- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering ongoing feedback.

Business Development Support

- Support global business development initiatives, including proposal development, marketing activities, solution offerings, and client pursuits.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Experience within the fintech, banking, or payments industry.
- Experience delivering SaaS products, card payment solutions, alternative payment methods, mobile wallets, ecommerce platforms, or related payment technologies.

Agile & Product Management

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile delivery.
- Experience defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), product roadmaps, and business plans.

Technical Knowledge

- Strong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding.
- Experience working with APIs, payment processing specifications, and payment industry standards including:
- PCI DSS
- ISO 8583
- ISO 20022
- PSD2
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office tools, and an interest in emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
