Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Review travel itineraries and confirm trip details with accuracy
- Provide relevant information about destinations, travel requirements, and guidelines
- Proactively follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
