We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regional Media Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial compliance across multiple markets and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Process accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices using Mediaocean (formerly Donovan Data Systems) and other financial systems
- Review, validate, and reconcile media invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and media plans
- Investigate, track, and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with media teams, vendors, finance, and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate billing, reconciliation, and invoice tracking reports while ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness
- Monitor invoice processing timelines and ensure compliance with internal deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to media billing and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, company policies, and financial procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve billing, reconciliation,



and operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution and exceptional service

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, Invoice Reconciliation, or Finance Operations
- Previous experience in the media, advertising, marketing, or agency environment is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience managing invoice discrepancies, vendor reconciliations, and billing processes
- Experience using Mediaocean is strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a regional and multicultural environment
