Freebird is seeking a CRO Manager to architect and operate a world-class CRO engine, running 12+ experiments monthly with scale toward 20+. You will own the complete lifecycle from ideation to learning, collaborating with paid media, creative, design, and analytics to drive profitable growth.
The role is 100% remote with meaningful overlap to US East/Central time zones. Expect a high-velocity, test-driven environment focused on funnel economics and contribution margin.
