Job Description: Senior Product Designer

- Location: Remote (Worldwide) - EST timezone overlap

What You'll Do:

- Lead High-Craft End-to-End Design: Drive major client projects from strategic product thinking to production-ready, pixel-perfect interfaces. Your visual execution must be world-class—we bypass conventional, standard corporate layouts (e.g., traditional B2B SaaS dashboards) in favor of forward-thinking digital design.
- Design AI-Native Experiences: Architect intuitive, agentic user experiences that fundamentally leverage the power of emerging AI technologies (agents, LLMs, and generative UI), rather than just utilizing AI as a workflow accelerator.
- Communicate via Product Insights: Present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders based on core product insights, business impact, and strategic rationale— not just by explaining standard UX processes or wireframe methodologies.
- Master Client-Facing Delivery: Run high-energy client presentations with exceptional time management, storytelling, and an engaging presence (the vibe check).
- Operate Fluidly Across Levels: Pivot effortlessly between a high strategic lens with C-level clients and a grounded, detailed level to personally execute top-tier visuals (hands-on execution).
- Shape Team Culture: Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility,



and level up the design team’s overall skills, standards, and design intuition.

Who We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of product design expertise , ideally within innovation studios, top-tier creative agencies, or fast-moving tech startups (e.g., modern fintechs, Web3 platforms).
- Exceptional Visual Craft & Autonomy: You possess a remarkable aesthetic eye and master Figma to a level that can stand up to design verification/assignments. Conventional, rigid, or highly corporate portfolios will not be a fit.
- AI Product Intuition: A proven track record or strong conceptual point-of-view on designing around AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent system workflows.
- Flawless Communication & Presence: Near-native or fluent English with top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills. You are wired to engage clients, drive narratives independently, and run crisp case walkthroughs within strict timelines.
- Curious, Humble, and Ambitious: Tapped into the fast-moving product and technology landscape, you are quick to form a POV, handle constructive feedback gracefully, and constantly learn from both success and failure.
- Detail-Obsessed: You have great product vision, deep empathy for user communities, and an obsession with design execution details.
