We're Hiring: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Bogotá, Colombia

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)

Contract: Indefinite

What You’ll Do:

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows Server and Azure cloud environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware), storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Automate infrastructure using Power Shell and modern Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize highly available, secure, and scalable IT services.
- Collaborate with general infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise‑grade cloud and hybrid solutions.




- Participate in on‑call rotations and support critical infrastructure initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Hyper‑V and/or VMware virtualization.
- Knowledge of networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure services, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
