Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs) at BairesDev

As a Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs), you will design, develop, and optimize production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models. You will serve as a technical driver in translating complex data requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration of LLM architectures.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
- Develop and integrate high-performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
- Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.




- Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and integrating LLMs, specifically OpenAI APIs.
- Proven experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and Semantic Search.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Agentic workflows, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
