RS2 is seeking a Business Support Analyst – Client Focus in Colombia to manage the full client lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support. The role blends business analysis, client relationship management, service delivery and production support in a hybrid setup.
The adecuado candidate has at least 3 years in card payments, strong SQL skills, and proven ability to coordinate changes, testing and releases while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
