We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist to support our business development, with a primary focus on Colombia (60%) and regional project involvement (40%). In this dual‑role capacity, you will handle day‑to‑day HR operations and strategic BP work for the Colombia local business, while also contributing to regional initiatives, process improvements, and cross‑market HR delivery for the HR Shared Service Center,acting as the bridge between local execution and regional strategy.
Responsibilities
1. :Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, ensuring timely delivery and quality of hires, while supporting workforce planning, headcount control, and hiring budget alignment, and contributing to the standardization and optimization of recruitment processes (SOPs
2. )Handle Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee communication, ensuring fair and consistent practice
3. sEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, and maintain smooth daily HR operation
4. sPartner with business teams to support people-related decisions and organizational need
5. sDrive and support performance management processes, including goal setting, review cycles, and follow‑up
6. sContribute to talent development, succession planning,
and employee engagement initiative
7. sProvide HR insights based on key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) to support business decision
8. sParticipate in HR policy and process improvement, enhancing efficiency and consistency across practice
9. sSupport organizational topics such as workforce planning, team structure, and culture buildin
10. gEnsure HR data accuracy through effective use of HR systems (e.g., HRIS / E-HR platforms), and support regular reporting and basic analysis to improve visibility of key HR indicator
11. sParticipate in Reginal HR projects (e.g., process optimization, change initiatives, or regional alignment if applicable

Requirement
- 5–10 years of HR experience combining Business Partnering and generalist HR operation
- Proven experience in cross-regional or multi-country HR support—ideally within the power/energy/industrial sector, with exposure to sales and technical recruitin
- Familiarity with Latin American markets (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.) is advantageous but not mandator
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting, juggling both recruitment and operational HR responsibilities with ease.
