Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel in Amalfi is seeking a Chef de Rang for the 2025 season. You will manage a specific station under the maître d'hôtel, deliver impeccable table service and guidance on menus and wine, and coordinate the commis waiters to ensure a seamless guest experience.
We require graduation in tourism/hospitality, at least 2 years in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants, fluent Italian and English, and a keen eye for aesthetics and guest satisfaction.
