OttoMate is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist enterprise customers on a complex SaaS platform. You will investigate issues involving data, APIs, integrations, logs, and application behavior, while delivering clear, reproducible bug reports to Engineering.
The adecuado candidate has strong SQL and REST API skills, experience with data migrations, and excellent English and Spanish communication. This is a fully remote role requiring availability for Pacific Time.
