Our client is a premier, nationwide full-service tax resolution firm and one of the fastest-growing litigation firms in the country. Due to their rapid expansion, our client is looking for disciplined and responsible Inside Sales Representatives to join their elite team.

This is not a typical "customer service" role. Our client operates with an extremely high level of efficiency and professionalism and is looking for closers who possess an exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage their time with precision.

In this position, you will manage a consistent flow of 100% inbound leads—prospects who have heard national TV or radio ads and are reaching out specifically for help with their tax matters.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Accept inbound calls both in English and Spanish, qualify prospects based on their tax situation, and enroll them in resolution programs immediately.
- When not on an inbound call, perform consistent outbound follow-ups, upsell additional services,



and ensure clients have submitted necessary documentation.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Represent the firm with the highest degree of integrity and discipline, handling sensitive financial conversations.

Requirements

- Ability to maintain high activity levels throughout the day without constant supervision.
- Experience in high-pressure sales, financial services, or tax resolution is a plus.
- Professional phone demeanor and the ability to build immediate rapport with stressed or concerned prospects.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Structure: Starts with a modest base salary plus commission.
- Growth: Compensation will transition into enhanced commission percentages plus residuals as you prove your value.
