We're hiring: Project Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure) to lead the successful delivery of Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and cloud implementation projects. This role is responsible for coordinating customers, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in accordance with project management standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Program/Project Manager in planning and executing project activities to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Gather, analyze, and manage customer business requirements, working closely with the project team to prioritize tasks and drive projects through to completion.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle, including scope changes, issue resolution, and escalations when required.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams, customers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet business objectives.
- Validate project deliverables with all stakeholders before project completion.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, including business requirement documents, meeting minutes, status reports, and other project artifacts.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, issues,



and overall status to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships by tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Ensure project governance and documentation comply with established Project Management Standards.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and support timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Cloud and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Data Center deployments, servers, switches, or enterprise networking.
- Experience delivering or coordinating cloud implementation projects. Experience with Alibaba Cloud is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
