Insight General is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy, automation development, and quality initiatives across large-scale eCommerce and digital platforms. This individual will lead distributed QE teams, establish automation best practices, and help improve efficiency through modern testing frameworks and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

- Lead quality engineering efforts across complex digital and eCommerce applications
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from the ground up
- Develop automated test scripts and solutions using Selenium, Java, and Python
- Perform end-to-end, system-level, UAT, and regression testing

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- 2+ years in a QE Lead or Test Architect capacity




- Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, or high-scale digital platforms
- Strong automation testing experience, including building frameworks from scratch
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Python
- English professional proficiency
- Ability to support PDT hours!

Duration

12+ month contract

Compensation

$23-30/hour USD (depending on years of experience)

Type of contract: Contractor (AOR)
