At ScaleHouse Talent, we are a recruitment agency specialized in the U.S. home remodeling industry, helping our clients hire top-tier talent across sales and operations roles.

We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our growing team and support high-quality, specialized hiring (not high-volume), working directly with U.S.-based clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Competitive salary | Performance-based bonuses | $60 USD monthly internet allowance

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles (mainly sales profiles such as Outside Sales Representatives)
- Partner closely with U.S. clients, acting as a strategic talent advisor
- Source, screen, and assess top-tier candidates
- Ensure strong pipeline management and high-quality delivery
- Own key recruitment metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.)

Requirements





- +5 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience recruiting for U.S. markets
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+ preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
