We are looking for experienced Salesforce Engineers to work on dynamic and challenging international projects.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience including proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow Builder, and Salesforce declarative development.
- Strong experience developing solutions for Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft.
- Experience building scalable solutions using asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events, and SOQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycle best practices.
- Proactive communicator,



able to build and sustain positive relationships across general teams.
- Experience mentoring and leading junior developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have/Specialized Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly valued:

- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Amazon Connect (AWS) as the telephony provider for Service Cloud Voice.
- Configuration of inbound/outbound calling, including international phone numbers.
- Unified Routing and Skill-Based Routing.
- Service Cloud Voice Flows, including customer identification and automatic Case creation/loading.
- Experience developing or maintaining Salesforce AppExchange Managed Packages.
- Experience with Managed Packages, Package Versioning, and Salesforce Packaging (1GP/2GP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Heroku, Oracle, or other complementary technologies.
