Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Account Executive to join our growing team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

Account Executive Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and business objectives.




- Present tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Support client retention and identify upselling opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
